Join us for a transformative retreat designed specifically for couples or individuals who wish to deepen their relationships to cultivate true intimacy, and communicate effectively with their current or future partners.

This retreat will be a truly immersive experience, including somatic work, guided visualisations, partner exercises, and group discussions. You'll have the opportunity to connect with others on a deep level, as well as gain valuable insights and strategies for creating healthy and fulfilling relationships.

Through deep experiential exercises you will:

  1. Explore what intimacy and love means to you personally and how to get there.

  2. Identify and overcome your unconscious behaviours or mindsets that may be sabotaging your relationships.

  3. Learn to communicate effectively and build stronger connections with your partner.

  4. Let go of limiting beliefs and insecurities that hold you back from true love.

  5. Feel confident in yourself and express your needs more clearly and confidently.

  6. Cultivate greater presence and mindfulness in your relationship.

  7. Learn to cultivate deeper self-love and compassion, and be able to extend this love and compassion to your partner.

  • This retreat is suitable for you whether you are currently in a relationship or are single. You may choose to join the retreat with your partner (highly encouraged, if you have one) or with your amazing self.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes for sure. The tools and tips that we share are useful for our own personal development (eg - communications is applicable across many types of relationships), and applicable for future relationships. If you are currently in a relationship, we do encourage you to come with a partner, but if you’re currently single, bring your awesome self :) Or come with a close friend!

  • There is minimal overlap in the content of the workshop and the retreat, so you can definitely just attend either and not feel left out. However, as we’ve designed both events to be value-providing, it’s always helpful and recommended to do both the workshop and the retreat.

    If you attend both, you will also get a one-on-one coaching session with either Crystal or Dr Greg provided to you as a value added bonus.

  • The retreat fees include 2 nights accommodation (in a Superior room), 3 days of immersive facilitation, and full board (3 meals daily and non-alcoholic drinks).

    If you signed up with the “Couple” fee, your accommodation will be double occupancy. If you signed up with the “Single” fee, you’ll be occupying a room (Single occupancy) on your own.

    If you wish to upgrade your room, you can do so at your own cost and arrangement (subject to room availability). Feel free to let us know and we would be happy to link you up with the hotel too.

  • No, flights and ground transfer are not included in the fees. Please make your own way to the retreat venue, and we will greet you there directly!

  • For the retreat, we’re only able to accommodate up to 28 pax to ensure that it’s an intimate group.
