Workshop 1High Functioning VS Overfunctioning. There's A Difference.
Wednesday, 8 April - 7PM
Limited Seats. You've built your identity around being the one who gets things done.
The one who holds it together. The one people count on; in the boardroom, in the business, and if you're honest, probably at home too.
You've always called that high functioning.
Here's the distinction nobody makes, and it's the most important one in this session:
• High functioning means operating at full capacity. Bringing your best.
• Over-functioning means doing more than your share; solving problems that aren't yours to solve, carrying weight that was never yours to carry until the people around you quietly stop functioning without you at the centre of it.
One is sustainable. One isn't. And they look identical from the outside.
The answer is painful and liberating in equal measure: because you haven't let them.
This session is about seeing that pattern clearly and learning powerful tools to step out of the pattern to access your freedom.
Workshop 2The Intelligence That Matters Now
Thursday, 9 April - 7PM

How To Have The Conversations That Build Extraordinary Teams
Friday, 10 April - 9.30AM
Limited Seats. You already know what needs to be said.
The feedback that never quite gets delivered. The dynamic everyone can feel and nobody will name.
The co-founder conversation that keeps getting postponed. The team member who needed to hear the truth six months ago and still hasn't.
So you soften it. Wrap it in cushioning until the message loses its meaning.
The person walks away feeling fine. Nothing changes. The meeting ends.
The real meeting happens afterwards in the corridor.
And your team watches. They see exactly how much truth is welcome here.
They calibrate accordingly. They tell you what you want to hear.
Here's what that's actually costing you: teams that can't give honest feedback can't improve. Leaders who can't receive feedback can't grow. And the gap between what's being said and what's actually true gets wider every week.
But candor isn't just courage. That's what most people get wrong.
Saying the hard thing badly without skill, without precision, without care for the relationship isn't candor. It's aggression with good intentions. Real candor is a skill. Giving feedback that lands without rupturing the relationship is a skill. Receiving feedback without collapsing or defending is a skill; arguably the rarer and more valuable one.
This session is about developing both.
Workshop 3Workshop 4ZONE OF GENIUS
Are You Brilliant at the Wrong Thing?
Friday, 10 April – 6PM
Limited Seats. You're good at your job. Really good.
You're recognised for it, rewarded for it, and quietly unfulfilled by it.
Nobody told you to stop. That's the trap. Because you were so good at it, so recognised for it, so rewarded for it, that it never occurred to anyone, including you, to question whether it was actually the right thing to be doing.
So you kept going. You got better. You got promoted. You built a team around it. Maybe you built an entire company around it.
And somewhere along the way the work stopped feeling like yours.
What you're experiencing has a name. It's called the Zone of Excellence trap, and it catches the most capable people hardest. Because the very thing that made you successful is the thing keeping you from what you're actually here to do.
At the Conscious Leadership Group, Zone of Genius is defined as a flow state. Not just what you learned to be good at, but the natural gifts you were born with, that you love to use, that feel almost like play.
Most high-achievers have glimpsed it. Very few have given themselves permission to live and work there. Because the Zone of Excellence pays well. It's safe.
It's known.
But it costs you something that doesn't show up on any spreadsheet; your aliveness. Your creativity. The specific, irreplaceable contribution that only you can make.
